General
All prices at your 4-star Superior alpine hideaway are, unless otherwise stated, per person per stay and include a premium ¾ board package, use of our wellness and spa facilities, and one complimentary parking space.
The General Terms and Conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH) apply.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in on the day of arrival is from 2 pm to 10 pm. If you will be arriving later after 10 pm, please inform us so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Check-out on the day of departure is by 10 am.
Pets
Out of consideration for guests with allergies and to ensure a relaxing stay for all, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dogs or other pets in our hotel.
Rates & tourist tax
Prices at Das Liebener are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding the local tourist tax of €5.00 per day and person.
Travel insurance
In the event that you are unable to begin your holiday as planned or need to cut it short unexpectedly, we recommend securing travel cancellation insurance. For more information, please see our Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance.
Cancellation
All arrangements are subject to the Österreichisches Hotelreglement (Austrian Hotel Regulations). The following conditions apply in the event of a cancellation:
- Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 0% of the total booking amount
- From 59 days prior to arrival: 40% of the total booking amount
- From 30 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total booking amount.
- From 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of the total booking amount.
- On the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total booking amount
Relaxation and wellness
For those seeking some well-deserved relaxation, the spa area offers a 65 m² heated indoor pool, multiple saunas, a gym with Technogym equipment, as well as beauty treatments and massages in state-of-the-art treatment rooms.

We accept payment in cash (EUR), debit cards (EC cards), and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Unfortunately, traveller’s cheques cannot be accepted.
